The PUNCH: Devakumar Edwin, Vice President of Oil and Gas at Dangote Industries Limited, has accused International Oil Companies (IOCs) in Nigeria of attempting to hinder the operations of the new Dangote Oil Refinery and Petrochemicals. Edwin alleged that the IOCs are deliberately inflating the cost of local crude oil beyond market prices, forcing the refinery to import crude from distant countries like the United States at higher costs.
