Instagram will let you save stories as drafts – Currently, you can save your post as drafts within the social media platform, Instagram has been working on a drafts feature for some time now. This feature is currently available as a test feature to a small group of users on iOS and android.
When this feature becomes available to everyone, a save draft button will allow you save post you are working on a drafts folder.
Instead of posting a story instantly, the draft feature will make it simple for you to preserve a story along with all the currently applied effects, stickers, background music and animations to work on later.
The upcoming feature was originally leaked by mobile developer Alessandro Paluzzi, it has been confirmed officially by the social media head Adam Mosseri on Twitter.
Accessing the drafts folder is as easy as pulling up from the stories menu. It’s not certain if the drafting function will be available for all live users on Instagram could terminate the feature if the test proves not to be popular with users.
