The Punch: Aliko Dangote, President of the Dangote Group, announced plans to expand his refinery’s storage capacity by 600 million liters. This will increase the refinery’s total storage capacity to 5.3 billion liters. Currently, the Dangote Petrochemical Refinery has a storage capacity of 4.78 billion liters for refined petroleum products.

Vanguard: Despite the Federal Government’s initiative to supplement workers’ wages with a N35,000 award on top of the N30,000 minimum wage, 15 states have yet to implement this, while seven briefly paid before stopping. 
The Nation: President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic stabilization efforts and support for vulnerable citizens have received a $2.25 billion boost from the World Bank. Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, disclosed this in a statement last night.
