To partake in this new technology, you’ll have to live in the US to be eligible to be able to send QR Code Payments. However, if you don’t live in the US, you’ll have to send payments through the Facebook Messenger service plus you’ll have to be 18+ and have a Visa, MasterCard, PayPal or supported prepaid payment method registered on Facebook Pay.
