Facebook smartwatch -It could launch next year in 2022. A report of Facebook working on its own smartwatch has emerged at the beginning of this year. A recent report stated that Facebook is taking a unique method with its smartwatch, which is currently planning to launch in the summer of 2022.
While various companies have designed smartwatches to complete smart mobile with their functionality, Facebook is taking several approaches. The company wants its smartwatch to be utilized in fashion as smartphones.
Facebook Smartwatch Could Feature Two Detachable Cameras
A report from verge stated that the Facebook smartwatch will have two detachable cameras, one at the front and the other at the back. The front camera will be used majorly for video calls.
The rear camera will have a resolution of 1080p, and it will be used to record videos when disconnected from the watch frame. Facebook is also working with other corporations to design accessories for attaching camera hubs to backpacks and other comparable items.
The company is working also working with major US operators to make sure its smartwatch support LTE connectivity, this enables the smartwatch to work on its own, even when not paired with a smartphone, part of this deal offer to help sell the smartwatches in their stores, to help create brand visibility and awareness.
