NBA Christmas games 2023 – As usual, the Christmas Day schedule will feature five games and contain some of the sport’s biggest names and teams. For the most part, Christmas day is often associated with NBA basketball. A Lebron James they will play on Christmas for the 15th consecutive season, the Los Angeles laker’s 23rd consecutive holiday appearance.
The hawks get a Dec 25 game for the first time since 1989 and the Phoenix suns breakthrough for their first Christmas game since 2009. On Tuesday NBA recently announced its nationally televised opening week and Christmas day slates Tuesday.

- Boston Celtics at Milwaukee Bucks: 2:30 p.m.
- Golden State Warriors at Phoenix Suns: 5 p.m.
- Brooklyn Nets at Los Angeles Lakers: 8 p.m.
- Dallas Mavericks at Utah Jazz: 10:30 p.m.
The season will commence on Tuesday, October 19th with a doubleheader on TNT. The reigning NBA champion Milwaukee bucks host the Brooklyn Nets, while in the late game, the Los Angeles Lakers host the warriors the early game. There is also a doubleheader host by the Los Angeles golden state warriors with mavericks’ hawks in the early slot and clippers.
This year the Christmas day games will have some unexpected competition from football this year. The NFL had a Christmas day doubleheader, using browns packers commencing from 4:30 PM ET and airing on Fox and NFL Network and colts Cardinals commenting from 8:15 PM ET, showing on NFL Network alone.
